Camella Lipa - LOCATION

Camella Lipa is located at Brgy. Tibig, Lipa City, Batangas.

Transport and accessibility are usually major concerns when one is looking for a dream home. For CAMELLA Lipa, this is not an issue at all. The location is accessible, both via private and public transport. 

There are a number of public buses plying the route to Batangas, in particular Lipa City. Take either any of the following:  DLTBCo, SUPREME Bus Lines, Dela Rosa Transit, Batangas Starexpress and JAC Liner. Once you reach the bus stop at Lipa City proper, go to the nearby Robinsons Mall then ride a tricycle. Ask to be alighted at CAMELLA Lipa at Brgy. Tibig. This is where  exactly CAMELLA Lipa is  located. 

Coming from Manila driving a private car, all you need is to pass along the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) straight ahead until you reach Star Tollways. Proceed to make an  exit  going towards the direction of Lipa City. Just drive along for about 2 kms and then you will see a CALTEX gasoline station to your right.  Make a right turn at  President Jose P. Laurel Hi-way. Go straight until you reach about 3.6 kms. Just drive along and turn right until you see a Starbucks.  Drive some more along Brgy. San Carlos for less than 3 minutes as you reach CAMELLA Lipa on the right side. 

Lipa has been known for their spiritual and religious people, too.  Some popular places of worship where you can find solace and go for prayers and thanksgiving are: Lipa City Cathedral San Sebastian Cathedral, Redemptorist Lipa, St. Therese of the Child Jesus, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Redeemer United Methodist Church and Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ. 

There are also a number of schools for children wanting to have a good education. There’s the popular De La Salle Lipa, Lipa City Colleges, AMA Computer College, New Era College, Philippine State College of Aeronautics, ABE International College of Business and Economics and STI College. 

Shopping has never been as good as when you are here at CAMELLA Lipa. There are several popular malls for leisure, shopping and recreation with your family and friends. There’s SM City Lipa, Robinsons Mall Lipa and Fiesta World Mall Lipa.  These places are so near your place that you can go here daily if you want. Just be sure you have the time to go around each store and place to enjoy and unwind. 

For the ladies of the house, there’s also a supermarket/wet market at Lipa City Public Market for their fresh produce, seafood and dairy or meat needs for their families’ meals.  

For your emergency, health and medical needs – fret not as hospitals such as Mary Mediatrix Medical Center, Ospital ng Lipa, Lipa Medix Medical Center, San Antonio Medical Center and Fernando Airbase Medical Center are all just nearby.

Other places of interest are: Lipa Community Park, Mount Malaragat Golf and Country Club, Milea Bee Farm, Ministry of Mushrooms, Marian Orchard   and Casa de Segunda.
